The part in question was a rail system component—a core element in the customer’s production process. After years of wear and tear, it had finally failed.     The damaged part was brought into our CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) lab, where we performed a high-resolution scan capturing over 2 million data points. This allowed us to fully understand every dimension, tolerance, and geometric nuance of the part.
  2. 3D Modeling
    Using the scan data, we built an accurate 3D CAD model of the component, ensuring all specifications were accounted for—even the tight tolerances required to operate in a compact, high-precision environment.
  3. Machining & Fabrication
    Once the model was verified, our expert machinists began the fabrication process—cutting, shaping, and finishing the part to exact specifications. Every stage was supported by real-time quality checks to maintain our high standards.
  4. Final Inspection
    Before delivery, the new part underwent another round of CMM inspection to verify accuracy and durability, ensuring the customer received a part they could rely on.
